Tomatin House overlooks the famous River Findhorn and enjoys a glorious private setting, surrounded by mature woodland and extensive lawns. Improved and extended after the fire, the house offers exceptional accommodation – elegant public rooms, spacious bedroom suites and a well-appointed family kitchen area. On the ground floor the graceful drawing room, with open fire and large bow window, looks out over the front lawn. The dining room, with seating for 12, a cosy sitting room with open fire, kitchen (with separate larder and butler’s pantry), playroom, cloakroom, bathroom, laundry and vestibule are all conveniently located on this floor.

The nine bedrooms on the first floor include the master bedroom suite – an elegant room with sweeping views out over the garden to the hills beyond – another double bedroom, four twin rooms and three single rooms. All the bedrooms are light, airy and enjoy uninterrupted views over the river or grounds. There are three additional bathrooms and a bath/shower room Sunday to Sunday.

Tomatin House is well equipped with central heating, TV, video, stereo, four-door Aga, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier, garden furniture and telephone. All linen and towels are provided, and electricity, oil and fuel are included. The house is let on a self-catering basis from Sunday to Sunday.
